Why vegan? Good question. Well… why not? Whether you’re into it for the animals, the environment, because of a food allergy, diet, or you’re just curious, I believe that desserts can be completely free of animal products without comprising all the deliciousness and aesthetic that we are used to with traditional desserts. And that is one of my main goals with Avé. Taste will never be compromised just for the sake of getting to be labeled vegan, I promise.
